Job Details:
- Monday through Friday, full-time schedule.
- Two lifts per tech, structured workflow, minimal chaos by design.
- We move fast during business hours but there's a system behind it.
- Most days you're out before 4:30 if the week's goals are hit.
- Pay is performance-based with an individual production component and a team bonus built in.
- We don't need to lock our tool boxes, and that tells you something about who works here.
What We're Looking For:
- Three or more years as an automotive technician.
- General repair, maintenance, and diagnostics experience is the foundation.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team matter just as much as your technical skills.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- 40 units per week minimum production.
- Valid driver's license.
- Full-time Monday through Friday availability.
