Service advising is so much more enjoyable when you're working with happy customers who choose to be here. As a service advisor at Oceanside Motorsports I'm responsible for 10-15 cars a week. We run with a high average repair order so we can spend the time creating a relationship and truly listening to each customer. We are all about quality and even though we work our asses off - we're not a high volume shop so the chaos is controllable.

Responsibilities:

Promote value in the services needed on customers vehicles.
Manage workflow from customers appointment made to customer picking up vehicle.
Create estimates and educate customers on work needed.

Requirements:

Prior sales experience.
Valid drivers license.
Full time Monday through Friday availability.

If you wished you or your company can take better care of your customers - Call us. If you're looking for a sales team that will laugh, cry, and sweat with you - Call us.
